Adam Trinder produced a training masterclass at Launceston Racecourse on Friday night, preparing four winners across the program in a dominant display of stable depth.

The Spreyton-based horseman got the ball rolling early when McVeigh, a son of Grenville Stud’s Stratosphere, saluted in the opening event and, in doing so, secured his Tasbred Bonus. Just Bobby (Tough Speed), an $8,000 purchase at the 2023 Magic Millions Tasmanian Sale, added a second success for the stable in Race 3.

The winning run continued later in the evening with Magnaprime (Magnus), a $60,000 buy from the same sale, proving too strong in Race 7. Cherokee Dancer (Harry’s Angel), purchased for $26,000 at the 2021 sale and now a seven-time winner with earnings exceeding $136,000, capped off a memorable night by taking out Race 8.
