Strasbourg is beginning to hit his straps at stud, with his progeny delivering a steady stream of results that are quickly elevating his profile among breeders. With winners emerging across multiple tracks and further performances of merit, the son of I Am Invincible is combining racetrack performance, pedigree strength and commercial appeal — positioning himself as a stallion very much on the rise.

Harford by Strasbourg wins at his second race start.

Strasbourg continues to gather momentum at stud, adding another winner to his tally with three-year-old gelding Harford scoring at Wangaratta at just his second start — a performance that further highlights the sire’s emerging impact.

Adding to the weekend success, Party Day also performed with credit, finishing second at Devonport in Tasmania, underlining the consistency being shown by Strasbourg’s progeny across multiple jurisdictions.

A son of I Am Invincible, Strasbourg is tapping into one of the most commercially powerful sire lines in the country — a line that includes the likes of Home Affairs, Hellbent, Brazen Beau and King’s Gambit.

His progeny have been in particularly strong form in recent weeks, with Trigoso, Tanna, Serinite Illusion, No Overtaking and Stormbourg all finding the winner’s circle during April — a run of results that is quickly elevating his profile.

Strasbourg’s appeal is further strengthened by a deep and proven pedigree. His dam Danish Sky was a five-time winner and has produced multiple winners, including dual two-year-old winner Lockyer. The second dam, Super Snooper, was a stakes winner, while the extended family includes Maribyrnong Plate winner Peeping, Group 3 Gimcrack Stakes winner Watch, and Group 3 Auraria Stakes winner Overclock.

With a pedigree rich in black type and high-quality juvenile performers, Strasbourg shapes as a compelling option for breeders looking to produce early-running, competitive racehorses.

Standing at Adelaide Plains Bloodstock, Strasbourg covered 26 mares in 2025 and is increasingly positioning himself as both a breed-to-race and commercial prospect. His credentials have already been enhanced by Group-winning progeny, including Moxie, along with Colmar, winner of the SAJC Sires’ Produce Stakes.

Importantly, Strasbourg’s progeny are eligible for the lucrative SA Racing Rewards scheme — a free-to-enter initiative for South Australian-based stallions offering more than $3 million in prizemoney and bonuses each season.

At a service fee of $5,000, Strasbourg represents outstanding value in the current market — a stallion whose racetrack results, pedigree strength and commercial upside are aligning at the right time.
